Hi sugar plums and today sadly the year is coming to an end, but have no fear that means we have some resolutions to make!!! ( also check out my instagram its @wonderuss )So here are mine... 1. Do a 30 day challenge and stick to it. -  The main reason I am doing this, is because I can't stick to anything so I want to challenge myself by doing a personalized challenge every month of the year, I'm starting off January with a 30 day push up challenge 2. Drink more water - its good for your skin, and sis I'm breaking out eww. also my dad always says "you only have one body you're whole life and its you're choice on whether you wanna F it up or not" 3. Exercise more - really want to get better at helping my mind and body, so yeah. 4. 5000 views on my blog - could you help me with that? 5. Eat more fruits and veggies - I'm still in school, and I'm still growing and I don't eat all that well so I kinda wanna change that. all these girls

Hi Peoples, and welcome back, or welcome too my blog!! My name is rose and today I am going to be showing you my winter work out routine. let me know down below in the comments if you have any blogmas ideas!!! 1.  I rock climb at least once a week, for two hours so that's one of the things I do my classes just started up again yesterday, so its kinda wintery right? 2. every Sunday I walk my dog for twenty minutes. So that's just a nice time to get some fresh air, take some pics, and get a little walking into my week. 3. Lately I have been just watching Christmas movies while I do my routine so I will just turn on some Christmas movies and start...  - Crunches (usually 10- 15 minutes) - plank( 1 minute or less) - jumping jacks (usually around 150- 300) that's the first part then I stretch... 4. butterfly for a few minutes, pushing the elbows down for extra force - reach my toes -Up to the sky 5. then i will run back and forth across my basement for a couple

Hi angels and today (I'm sorry its a day late) I'm doing blogmas day 3, which I don't know about you but I love movies so today I am doing my top 5 favorite Christmas movies and my rating. 1.The Princess switch. I watched this for the first time with my friends, last Friday and I loved it. its really girly but also really cristmasy and is almost a ROM com. AND its on netflix so you can watch it whenever. the only thing is it is kinda a lot predictable. but over all I would rate it a 8/10 2. The Grinch. I mean DUH this is a classic, the new one is great, but forever and always my favorite one will be the old obe by Dr. Seuss, the original. the live action one is on netflix, but its pretty cheap to rent the cartoon one. and its a classic so DUH you should watch it. I give it a 9/10 3.The Christmas Chronicles I Love this one.
