What I eat in a day
Hi, guys, its Allie, and every living creature eats food so I decided to turn in into content. quick disclaimer this is in no way trying to tell people what to eat I just recorded what I ate a couple of days ago and now I'm typing it up to post thanks. Also before we begin a quick self-promo follow me on Instagram and on smart closet @wonderusss (it's linked to my Instagram but its also my smart closet @)
now let's get started
Breakfast :
For breakfast, I had 2 cuts of oatmeal with 1/2 a cup of milk and 1 teaspoon of brown sugar and a glass of water
Lunch: For lunch, I had a baby cucumber, 1/2 an apple, a packet of chocolate chip made good, 2-gram crackers, and some Mackinac island fudge from Jo Anne's (cookie crunch, its the best )
Snack #1: I had a chocolate muffin
Snack #2: I had a slice of zucchini bread, and 1 red pepper
Dinner: For dinner, I had pasta with red sauce, spinach, and Parmesan cheese and a small leftover salad from the day before that had iceberg lettuce, Romain, carrots, cheese, cucumbers, and croutons in it.
